Our custom reports that we design in with Crystal Reports are not working. When I try to pull them from Adagio, the box appears that says 'printing report', and then just goes away with and I don't get anything.

If I try to pull these reports from Crystal reports I get an error message titled: 'Crystal Reports: Database Error', the message says 'The library P2BSSI.DLL cannot be found. Please check your installation'. I press OK and get a message saying 'Database not found', and then one saying 'Cannot open database'.

One thing to note is that we just changed the location of our database.

When you changed the database location in Crystal Reports, did you use 'Set Location' or 'Verify Database'? The correct procedure when reporting from Adagio data is to use Verify Database. You would need to ensure that the report can be printed or previewed from the report designer before attempting to print the report from within Adagio and the Custom Reports menu.

Something else to note - if you add a 'Crystal Reports 8.x' feature to the report (even inadvertantly), this could cause the report to not work when printing from the Custom Reports menu, but it does work from within the report designer.

When saving the report in the designer, use Save As and select Crystal Reports v7.0 format. This should prevent unusable features from being saved with the report and causing grief at print time.
