I have just installed the above modules at a client site (IR 6.5 was an upgrade). DataCare will not check IR 6.5 because it can't find the check file for that module, DCTIR65A. Do I get this file from Unisoft, or from Softrak?

Hi Dean,

DataCare will check the Phase 1 and 2 portions of IR, but to date, there is no field checking table available, so the flat/keyed file checks are not there. Softrak would create this table.

It is our intention of including a table in a future release of DataCare, but for the meantime, you must turn off the flat/keyed file checks for IR from the Configuration screen within DataCare.
