We have not heard of the first error before at all. What are you doing when it appears? The first thing to do is to re-install, in case another program was installed and overwrote a file that Quik Reports for Windows needed. If it was working fine before, then something has changed to make the error appear; it wouldn't just 'suddenly' happen.

Is the second error happening as a result of the first? If so, solving one may solve both. The only time I have heard of this message is if a report was based on a very large data set. It was as if the report hit a maximum number of records. If you add a selection formula to this report to limit the number of records (ie print Customers A-M instead of all or something similar), do you get the same error?
