Hi Rhoda,
Quik Invoice for Windows 6.2B is a somewhat older program (1997 release), and there has been a large number of enhancements and fixes done to this product since then. I know that we have also fixed some errors in calculating tax, whether due to inserting an item with an extended price of zero as the last item, or plugging some holes when editing multiple invoices simultaneously, or entering invoices using specific keystrokes (such as entering some items, deleting some, entering and deleting more, etc).
Since the last release of 6.2B in June 1997, we have released 8 updated version of Quik Invoice for Windows, and after that another 8 releases of Adagio Invoices (an updated/enhanced release of Quik Invoice for Windows). Much work has been done to correct any errors and add many new exciting features.
If you are concerned that a large batch of invoices has a tax error, thenafter all invoices are entered you can archive the entire batch, run the Update Archive Batch function to verify taxes are correct, then restore the batch. All taxes will be correct at that point.
