Hi there, is there a way to set up and Icon on a windows workstation that will run a report in order entry, so the user is not required to make any entries such as login and password or report variables?
I just want them to click the icon and the report runs and shows on their screen allowing them to print it. Thanks!

You can specify all the login parameters on the command line of the shortcut that launches OrderEntry. You can use Group security to only enable the report you want them to print. You can select "Remember report settings so that they don't (usually) have to remember what options to take for the report.

It's also possible to print a report you have created using Crystal Reports for Adagio using the include PrintTool program.

Finally, simple inquiries using GridView can be easily placed on someone's desktop.
