Are you trying to reinstall Quik Invoice for Windows or Adagio Invoices? Which version?

If you are installing from diskettes (Quik Invoice for Windows), then insert Disk 1 and run setup.exe to install. If it is Adagio Invoices (CD-ROM), then insert the CD and run setup.exe (if the auto-run doesn't automatically do this for you).

Secondly, which report are you trying to print? Is is a report or a batch of invoices? The error message appears to be related to the printer driver (or specification) set to print multiple copies, and something in your system is not recognizing this setting. Please try this again after the reinstallation completes successfully, and a workstation setup done for the computer. If it still does not work, then please re-post the report you are trying to print. There should be no problems running these programs under Windows 2000.
