Hello Victor!

This warning message is returned by DataCare when it is unable to check the flat and keyed files in ACCPAC Plus or 3rd Party (ACCESS) products.

The only reason I am aware of that would cause this message to be generated when DC is trying to check AP, is that you are running versions of AP and DC that are not compatible in this respect. For example, if you are using a very old version of DataCare, and have the most current release of AP installed you could get this message.

Since you did not provide information on the versions of these products, I cannot tell if this is the case or not.

The currently shipping version of DataCare is V6.5A, with a release date of (001128). This version will check all versions of ACCPAC Plus modules, and most 3rd Party (ACCESS) products, however, the field checking on AP is only supported for AP V6.1A - 6.5A.

If you are using current versions, try re-installing DataCare - it is possible that something could have occurred to damage one of the AP tables for the version you are using.

If this does not resolve the problem, then to avoid getting these warnings, you can:
1. Upgrade your DC and/or AP.
2. Turn off the flat and keyed file check for AP.

Hope this helps!

Softrak Support
