Days can be busy at the best of times and in a multi-user environment, there is almost no time that is a good time for regular maintenance.

I would like to be able to perform dayends and data integrity checks late in the evening when there is no activity. Has anyone set this up before and if so, could you guide me through the process?

One caveat that I can foresee is to fix receipt issues on our PO module; Someone needs to be there to click "fix or fix all" in order for the proces to complete.

Again, if anyone has done this I would appreciate some help.

You can use Adagio DataCare to perform the integrity checks overnight and unattended. It can also perform the Rebuilding of found integrity errors if desired, by module (so this could fix PO errors but leave other errors if desired).

There isn't anything automated to perform Day End in Adagio. Perhaps a Windows macro program could be setup to do this particular procedure.

Be patient. At the Adagio Conference this July (for consultants) I will be presenting my experience using a Windows macro program which can definitely do what you want. I'm hoping Softrak will christen it the de-facto Adagio macro program.
