We have a fiscal year that ends in March, and I've been testing converting our data to version 9 separately and it always seems to choose the year as 2008- for the 2007/08 year, 2009- for the 08/09 year. Is it possible to choose 2008 for the 2008/09 year, Or will it always choose the year as the end of fiscal year?
I realize this may be a picky point and you probably had to make a choice - it's just that in another application we use we have to choose the year and we have been using the year the fiscal year starts in.

Sorry, but there is no choice in data conversion. This year 2008- or 2009- represents the year of the fiscal end day.

Speaking as an accountant (albeit one from the US and not your country), the way Adagio names fiscal years is standard operating procedure in the accounting profession.
