Although we have not heard of any issues specifically with QCWIN running under ME, you may want to check out the following links to 2 separate threads that were posted on the PlusCommunity forum in respect to using ACCPAC Plus on ME.

The implications are basically that ME was designed and should only be used for home use (ie Multimedia, internet & gaming), whereas W98 SR2, NT & Win2000 Pro were designed for Business use.
