Dear Mo

I am not sure if this is your issue or not, but there could be a couple of reasons why the quantities sold are seemingly being multiplied by 100 on the standard reports, yet the Online Inquiry shows the correct (expected) number.

The easiest thing to check (and most likely cause) is the number format defined in your Standard Report.

There is an option (when you create or go to print your Standard report) to define the format for numbers. To get to this area (from the main SR menu) - select:

- 2. Print Reports,
- 2. Print Standard Reports,
- select your report. The first screen is the "Modify report format".
- In the 4th section down, on the right hand side, you will see the "Format for numbers" option.
- press <Enter> on the EDIT when at the "Do you want to Proceed?" prompt, then
- press <Enter> through the other options until you get to that one
- edit the format to have a decimal point in it with 2 ##'s after the decimal, (e.g. ###,###,###.##-)
- press <Enter> to accept it, then
- press <Escape> to "Process Report" to print the report to see if this was the problem.

If your report now prints fine, then you must now go in and modify the Standard Report using the Housekeeping, Maintain Standard Report Formats, Add/Modify Report option to change the number format, then Save the report (so you don't have to change it every time you go to print it).

Hope this helps - if not, we are dealing with a totally different issue.
