I would unpost one batch in my ledger, but when i try this message appear to me VALIDATION OF RECONSTRUTECD BATCH FAILED BECAUSE TOTAL DEBIT DOES NOT EQAL ORIGINAL DATE. UNPOSTING HALTED.

When i post the batch, no error appear to me.. I dont know why this message appear?

There are a few reasons why this could occur, but by far the most common is that one or more of the entries in the batch posted to a GL account that is set up as a consolidated account. You cannot unpost such a batch.

Make sure that all of your GL accounts are set to be detail accounts, not consolidated accounts, and you should be OK in the future.

Just for good measure, run Data Integrity Check on your GL data to make sure that the data is not corrupted.

We make the check date integrity everyday and we didn't have error.

If you'd like to e-mail us a ZIP of your general ledger and tell us which batch you were trying to unpost, we will take a look to see why the process is failing.

A situation has existed in Adagio Ledger since "Unpost Batch" was first added as a feature.

When batches are posted that contain errors, the batch status record for the batch shows the original dollar value entered for the batch, not the actual dollars that were posted. This prevents you from unposting the transactions that posted successfully.

To prevent this situation from arising, make sure that your batches do not have any posting errors by printing the batch listing before posting the batch and correcting any errors detected.

This will be fixed in the next release.

On a related note, could the Batch Status Report show "Unposted" rather than "Deleted" for batches which have been Unposted & Deleted?

Currently a batch deleted before posting looks the same as a batch posted then unposted/deleted. The end result is the same of course but it would be useful to distinguish the 2 circumstances.
