Hi Mo,
In Sales Analysis, there is a feature called 'Extraction Rules' that allow you to select only specific data, such as a single customer number, a date range, certain items in a category, etc. In Housekeeping, you would create an Extraction Rule with the syntax you require (eg Customer number = "ABC123" and Item Number = "XXXYY1").
Note that you can only save a maximum of 100 Extraction rules, so if the purpose of your report is to do an 'Inquiry', then the best thing to do is use a 'Runtime' Extraction rule. For example, if you print the Customer/Item report, edit the Extraction rule to be 'Runtime' instead of 'All Records'. Before the report is printed, you would enter the extraction snytax (such as above). It's best not to save the extraction rule since I imagine you would probably max out at 100 pretty quickly.
If the reporting features are not robust enough in Sales Analysis, you may want to look at Quik Reports (either the DOS or Windows version), which will enable you to create much more powerful reports.
Regards,
Warren
