Is this the DOS or the Windows version of Quik Reports? From the version you posted, I assume this is the Windows version.

Quik Reports for Windows is built on the Crystal Reports 4.0 engine. There has been a reported issue where reporting on a very large database may give a message similar to this, which does not occur in newer versions of Crystal. However, I would expect the Sales Analysis database to be larger than Purchase Orders. In your Purchase Orders report, are you including any other databases files that you are linking to?

The usual reason for the 'Not enough memory' message is just that; there are too many Windows applications running, and not enough memory is available to perform the required operation in Quik Reports for Windows. If you reboot your station, only open Quik Reports for Windows, and try again with your report, do you get the same error? Your Windows/network combination is fairly typical and should not affect what you are doing.

Also make sure that no one else has Purchase Orders open, as you may not have the required access to a file.
