Hi Jim,

Because DataCare is a DOS program, I would be surprised if a memory leak was due to DataCare.

That being said, the first thing I'd suggest is looking at the version of Novell Client. We are aware os some issues regarding Accpac Plus (not just DataCare) and specific versions of Novell client 32. On my station, I had to move back to version 2.5. I can't say for sure which versions of Client will be OK and which will cause problems. From experience, 2.5 is OK, 3.01 had problems, and the current version (3.3?) seems to be OK.

The version of DataCare should not have any influence over why this is happening. I'm assuming that you run DataCare from the same station each night. Is DataCare finding any errors in Invoice/Sales History?

Also make sure that screen-savers are disabled on the station using DataCare, as these have been known to halt DataCare. There may be other settings for your Novell (such as turning Opportunistic locking Off) that your IT person would be more familiar with than I.
