Hi Richard

Wow! That's quite the string of messages!

Did you do the DIC in AP or GL? I would perform the DIC in both. (If errors are found, you can do the rebuild, then check it again to make sure all errors have been fixed).

There could be a couple of things happening here that revolve around printing. These questions should help you to do some troubleshooting...

Does any other workstation (if on a network) exhibit this same problem? Does that system use the same printer? This should determine whether it is a network / server related issue or something to do with your station.

The quickest thing to do if Adagio is installed on a Server or locally, is to rename the ALWIN program directory and reinstall Ledger as you did originally. Use your workstation to do so, then you should not have to redo the wksetup on your station.

Since this seems to be related to the printing process, it sounds like something could be happening with your printer driver, or the Windows' printer that is setup for use to print these reports. Adagio is very sensitive to printing issues. Even though ACCPAC Plus is not having a problem, it will likely use a different driver (for DOS) than Adagio would. For this, I would suggest first creating a "new" printer in Windows' and try printing the batch again, and if that does not work, I would remove the existing driver and reinstall it (make sure it is the one that matches the version of Windows you are using).

Hope this helps! Please let us know.
