We can't reproduce the behaviour, so it sounds like the file is damaged. That file isn't actually looked at by the Data Integrity Check (an oversight), so there's no current way for you to fix it.
We'll add the files to the next release of OrderEntry, then a simple Data Integrity Check with a rebuild should fix the problem.
