We are using adagio inventory, but posted an item number change using the old utility in Plus. From what I can tell, the only new files that would be affected in Adagio are ICITM3'R and ICITM3'R. Since we are not using notes in Adagio inventory, deleting these files should resolve any integrity issues in Adagio IC that have occurred due to the change, right?

If you are using Adagio Inventory V8.0B or higher, the IC History will not have been updated correctly.
