The installation order regarding Quik Reports is:

Accpac Plus core modules and PTFs
Quik Reports
3rd Party products such as Sales Analysis

If you have installed/reinstalled Quik Reports, then you should not have to do anything with your Accpac Plus modules, including PTFs.

Conversely, if you have to reinstall Accpac Plus PTFs for some reason, you may have to then reinstall Quik Reports (and Sales Analysis afterwards), depending on how major the PTF is.
