I am trying to export accounts out of the ledger. Everytime i try, it returns an Error message "Access violation at address 004058AE in module Alwin.exe. Read of address 5449443C". I am running 4 different companies in Adagio and they all say the same thing.

Any help would be much appreciated.

What fields are you exporting and what file format are you using? Does the default export template work? Does it work on the sample data?

Exporting Account Number, Account Name, Account Type and Department. I am exporting into an excel spreadsheet and it works fine on the sample data.

I think this may have been the problem. After the week's postings it now seems to work fine.
