You did not indicate what application is giving you the errors. If you are using OE, then this information is kept in the History file. Without the AR Customers being there anymore, No, there is no way to go into the ShipTo area and remove those shiptos (however since they are tagged to the AR Customer I think that the associated ShipTo information is in fact "gone" from this area, but I am not sure about this. OE is not our product.) If you retain OE History, this is likely where the errors are coming from. Since AR now has no record of these transactions (otherwise it would not let you delete the Customer) it would not generate any errors in this respect. OE however, will retain history for as long as you have indicated in the Company Profile. It will remain there until it is cleared. It includes of course, the old AR Customer numbers and any attached Ship to codes that were entered at the time the order was processed and invoiced.

If you cannot clear this history (and you may not want to) you have a couple of options.

1. You could contact your ACCPAC Plus Dealer for more assistance. They may have some tools (utility software) that can help.

2. You could restore your data from a good backup prior to removing the AR Customers. If however, you have been getting these errors for awhile, this may not be a suitable solution.

3. You can get a database repair on the data that is giving you the errors. We provide this service and can give you a quote prior to you giving the go ahead. You can email datarepair@softrak.com or call (604) 736-3741 and ask for that department.
