Does your report use formulas in the detail section to calculate the MTD and YTD fields originally or does it use fields available for that purpose directly from Payroll? Do you then have a subtotal section to record the totals on change of Employee Number? Specifically, what other fields and/or formulas are in your report? Do you hide the detail section when printing?
What version/release date of QR are you using and are you reporting from Canadian Payroll V6.5A with latest tax updates?
