If I am looking to build a new GridView report from our data, one I have not used before, and so do not have saved yet, I go in to GridView, and click on "New", then must choose the module I THINK I will need, then click on one of numerous possiblilities, then look at the columns available. If I have not chosen/guessed correctly, I must start all over again with "New". It has been suggested to me that perhaps Adagio would have something available to look through, so I could see at a glance what columns are available in each possible report. I could then decide what columns I would like to see on my report, and then pick my report from whatever you would have available to look through. This could be a download or something like that.

Hi Barb,

The kind of document you're looking for would be more daunting than just poking around in the database. Perhaps the best way would be to post the columns you would like to see in your View on this forum, and let the experts who monitor it tell you which table to use. It'll be faster!
