If you are unable to View a PDF on an email in the queue, it would be because the PDF file did not get generated. This would happen if you can load the Email Queue screen, but the View button does not load the PDF attachment.
Perhaps you are not even able to open the email queue - is this the problem? In this case, perhaps the security has been changed to prevent access for some users to the Email Queue function. This would look like the Email Queue function being visible but not selectable from the Email menu.
If either of these are not your scenario, could you post what you are trying to do and what is happening, with a little more detail? Thanks.
