I have sent you a link by email for the Adagio Payables 8.1A hot fix. Install this and give it a try to see if this helps with your situation. We will send the others if it does help.

It may be that the problem you are experiencing is not caused by the scenario the hot fix addresses, but something else entirely - such as the situation Ryan posted further up this thread. Should the problem at your company not be solved by installing the hot fix, then please indicate what versions and release dates of Adagio Ledger and Adagio Payables are currently installed. Also, can the same error message be replicated by opening the Adagio Payables sample data in the \softrak\apwin\samdata directory - in case the situation is localized to your live data.

We want dealers to be involved where Hot Fixes are concerned. Hot Fixes generally have not had as much testing as a Service Pack and do not include an updated Readme or Release Notes. A dealer who is familiar with your site can ensure there will not be any compatibility or other install issues. The dealer may want to charge for their time and expertise, or they may simply forward the Hot Fix for you to install yourself.
