What version of Adagio Payables are you using? Presumably 8.1A, but what is the release date? There are hot fixes available that have fixed some issues where 'incompatible program' errors were erroneously appearing.

Business partners can download these hot fixes from the Softrak website in the partner area. These have not yet been released as Service Packs.
