Hi Jing,

There had been a bug in previous versions of Purchase Orders for Adagio that produced similar journal entries related to gain/loss on Exchange. What date version of POA are you running? (When you are in POA in the top left menu bar the version and the date of the build are listed - ie. "Purchase Orders for Adagio 2.1 (17-April-2007)".

The most current version is April 17. If you have an older version than this, you should upgrade. You can download this most recent service pack from:

Alternatively, you can contact your dealer who will be able to install this for you. (You will need to obtain a password for the zip file from your dealer if you decide to install it yourself anyways).
