What do mean "no luck in contacting Purple". If you are in North America (your profile doesn't say), you can call The Stief Group (www.stiefgroup.com) at 800-540-3146 and you will get a tech person right away. They are in Toronto and handle tech support in North America for POA. They are very knowledgeable and responsive. Of course, I'm assuming you are currently on POA Support Plan (or whatever they call it).
