Client uses Adagio for all modules except for Fixed Assets (still using Softrak Dos product). Accounting department data and the Plus programs are on Drive G which is not available to others. Adagio programs and a copy of the data are on Drive O which is available to others who need access to customer information and departmental financials through FX. Every night real data is copied from G to O.

So the majority of users need EZtasks and MCCodes located under \Softrak\System. Only one person accesses Fixed Assets through Plus which still looks for the files under \asp. But copying the data copies that path so users get an error and have to change it when they go in.

1. Is there a replacement for Fixed Assets?
2. Can I set the path to \Softrak\System for everything, changing it only for Fixed Assets once a month when it is used?
