We are looking to print statements with outstanding invoices in Adagio Receivables. We are able to email these statements with invoices, but the printing does not work. What are some ideas as to what we could be missing? Is there a different process to print vs. email?

Essentially, we have changed the send method for the same vendor to print rather than email. Is there something else we need to do?
