According to our records, ABC Recycling was sent a copy of Quik Invoice Plus 6.7A (001122) at the end of Dec 2000 to an address on Meadow Ave, to your attention. Did you receive this? At the time, your company was on an Upgrade Support Plan, but it had expired a few months ago.
This version is the most current for Quik Invoice Plus. If you can locate this diskette, this would be the first step to determine if a newer version will address what you are running into.
For the most part, printing in Quik Invoice Plus is controlled by the System Manager. Unless the printer is timing out (sending the print job to the printer) or running out of memory, the first thing to check is the printer setup through the F3 - Printer configuration. You should also make sure that your computer has as much free Conventional memory (ie memory under 640Kb) as possible.
If you are unable to locate the diskette, please contact our Customer Service dept at Softrak for a replacement. I believe there will be a nominal fee for disk replacement. Let them know which comapny you are with so they can find your Company record easier.
