Three separate Calculated Columns did the trick.

DAY({Last Inv Date} )

MONTH({Last Inv Date} )

YEAR({Last Inv Date} )-100+2000


** For the YEAR, I had to do some additional math to get the 2024 **

Then I included all 3 Fields separated by "/" in the concatenation.

Working as it should now see fruits below..

A00006 - Ms Elleston - 8767588-24/6/2024 - $25868.5
A00007 - Mrs. Bernal - 8765492-20/2/2024 - $10866.66
A00008 - Mr Ervin - 876545-8/2/2024 - $9870
A00011 - Mrs. Archer - 8763704-18/3/2024 - $222900
