There isn't a place in Adagio where you need to choose an Excel version to integrate with. Adagio uses internal windows/registry settings to locate the Excel install on your local machine.

What version of Office 365? Does it install anything to the workstation or is it a strictly cloud-based application? Adagio needs to be able to find the Office programs locally in order to be able to use Direct launching of Excel.

What function(s) are you trying to do that 'opens data in Excel'? The ExcelDirect button on grids? Printing reports to Excel? Exporting Financial Statements to Excel? Exporting GridView workspaces to Excel?

Since the problem started with the installation of the new Office 365, you may need your Adagio consultant to lend a hand.
