Another thing you may be able to do is use the SmartFinder to export your items to an Excel file. It would involve editing the grid on the SmartFinder screen to include all the information you want to export. Open the Edit Items screen, click the Find button, then press F6 to bring up the SmartFinder. Then run the 'search' by choosing a criteria such as 'Item Number contains (blank)'. Then click the Export to Excel button (the green X). This would send all the information from the SmartFinder screen into an Excel file.
You would need version 6.8B in order to be able to export from the SmartFinder screen.
