There have been a number of reasons over the years why this has happened. Corrupted financial reporter data file, corrupted financial statement, program problems. All of these have been fixed to our awareness and there is nothing more outstanding and known to us.

Has this workstation done Windows updates recently? There was that security leak in printer spoolers, and perhaps that event has gotten in the way of statement printing.

Please upload a copy of the GL data that is giving you a problem and we can investigate, and call back when more specific information is known.

Try accessing sample data and printing a financial statement, to see if the issue is something in sample data.

Please try a different printer, or a PDF printer, to see if the issue is related to the printer in some way.
