When logged into Adagio Invoices, in File / User Preferences, do you have Remember Report Settings enabled? If yes, then options on the Print invoice form dialog as from your picture are remembered for the next print - except for the Spec file itself, which is always remembered. Different Adagio users can have different remembered values. This includes the 'Specification option' field for using the spec on screen, saved on the invoice entry, or defaulted from the customer.

Behaviour is different when Remember Report Settings are not set for the user in User Preferences. I believe there is a 'last used spec' saved for the company, rather than by user (which would explain why after one user prints an invoice, this changes the default for another user). If you want to save settings by Adagio user, I recommend enabling Remember Report Options.

Specs on customers are only used if the Specification Option on the print form screen is the customer spec, and will override the displayed spec file. If blank, then the most recently used spec by that user (which will be loaded on the print form screen) is used.
