Yes, an error 1212 is always related to incorrect dictionaries.

Check the \SOFTRAK\system\Temp\Pending folder to see if there is a GL folder and any files within, It may be that the necessary dictionary files installed by an upgrade were not actually saved to the \Softrak\Dict folder, say because they were locked on the server at the time of installing.

Hopefully the dictionary folder you restored is up to date.
