Installing an upgrade should not change any of the registration information. Did you install another Lanpak too?

The easiest way to proceed is to print out the registration letter and fax it to Softrak (in case your registration file was damaged somehow and another registration code is needed). Then try entering the license number you received earlier from Softrak, when you first installed the application. Perhaps that will be all that is necessary.
