Doug is correct that this issue was fixed but not in a service pack to AP 9.3A. You will need to install the upgrade to AP 9.3B. You may want your consultant to do the upgrade though, since there are often issues with that upgrade due to a new Crystal reports version that does not always install correctly on the first try.
