Thanks for the response. Will answer your questions as follows:
-Form, Crystal Report, internal canned reports nothing prints even to preview.
-same answer as above
-yes she can not print from any module
-as stated preview or to printer nothing same error
-haven't tried the printing to the PDF driver yet - will give that a shot
-not a new workstation
-will answer below
-they are running V9.3A (with whatever the latest service pack for that version is)
-no haven't re-installed Crystal yet still trying to get filled in on all details
What I did find out is she remotes in to the server (I was not aware of this) and no this is not RDP. She was given access remotely to the server and she worked directly off of the server - at least that is what I was told. This has been in place for a couple of years now. I don't deal with her directly(only the other folks who work there) obviously since I didn't know about this setup. Moot point since it has been in place for a while and all of a sudden she can't print.

Was thinking of doing a workstation install? Not sure if that will help or not.
