Here's a link to another thread where this error started occurring after Windows updates and what the dealer whose site experienced it did:
https://portal.softrak.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php/topics/61580#Post61580 Jesse, is the site using AdagioPDF and AdagioV2PDF only? Or, are they also using AdagioV3PDF (installed by both AP9.3B and IC9.3A)? If so, you might need to uninstall and install that driver fully again.
