There's an "AdagioV3PDF_Install.txt" log file - does it show anything significant? Have you tried "Run as Administrator"? Or logging in as the Administrator user? If you look in the Control Panel, does "novaPDF SDK 10 Printer Driver" appear in the list of installed programs? If it does, what if you try to uninstall it and then run the install process again?
I had a similar problem this morning with a client. Installing AdagioV2PDF and AdagioV3PDF solved it so I think you're on the right road.
