You will corrupt your database. It is not a question of how it is set up. It is a question of how One Drive synchronizes changes made on your local copy (which happen in real time) with the copy in the Cloud (which others are seeing). The Cloud copy (and the other users local copies) are updated in the background.
Ask your IT people if they would create a SQL database in a One Drive Folder and then have multiple people access it.
