Received your spec and your email. Have replied explaining how the process should work.

Your spec worked well and all pages printed. The issue was twofold:

(1) there must be enough items in the document being printed to 'require' a second page and, therefore, the 2nd page header, and

(2) in specifying those spec objects that should print on the first 'copy' only, those that should print on the second 'copy' only and those that should print on both. Once this is done, I think you'll have the spec that you want.
