Hi Heather,

Which version of OrderEntry?
Are you printing a single invoice that has multiple pages, or printing a group of invoices?

There are 2 different ways to define printing multiple copies in OrderEntry 9.3A. One is the way you indicated, on the Specification Options of the form spec. In the case of printing a multi-page document, it would always collate with all the pages of copy 1, followed by all the pages of copy 2.

The new way is a Number of Copies field directly on the Print Invoice screen, instead of the spec. The purpose of this is to print X copies of page 1, followed by X pages of page 2, and so on. A downside of using this place is that the value is not remembered (and will be reset to 1 for the next printing), which is likely not desirable in your case.

The other possibility is to define the number of copies on the Windows Printer driver, and make that driver the default when printing forms from OE.

You may want to connect with your Adagio consultant to investigate your options.
