Quik Reports can not currently report on GL7.0A. However, this would not prevent you from opening QR.
Did you also install Service pack SPS2 for WSM 7.0? We have had one other report of this problem and are trying to investigate the cause.
Please give us more information on the environment. Which version of Windows are you running? Are you on a network? If you are, what kind and what are the versions?
