I got this in an email from a client:

For some time, When I try to access the general ledger for any of my companies, a message appears:

“J:\sofrak\ledger\glmnures.rsc. The process cannot access the file because it is used by another process.”

I have to get out of Adagio and then re-enter. Sometimes, I have to do this a few times.

What causes this and how do I stop it from appearing? I have seen this occasionally at other sites but since it was more of a nuisance than a problem, I've never really dealt with it.
