Copy the data to their local drive and see how long it takes to load. The network shouldn't take more than 2x (or so) the local load time.

Thanks for looking at this so quickly. We are actually running Adagio as a terminal server and all files are located locally on the server. No network pathing at all.
There usually is not an abnormal amount of people using the server at the same time and this is with a RAID 10 SSD Array with 40Gb of Ram & 12 CPU Cores.

I will try the 64-bit version of gridview and see how it works.
Thanks for the support again gentlemen.

Edit: As an update, when running Gridview in 64-bit it lowers the time down to 2min as opposed to the 3.5min earlier. Definitely an approvement, but still odd how these are quite a bit more than what you are getting. One of the main issues with using workstation applications is that our salesmen are 100% work offsite. Along with the terminal server working quite quickly through 99% of all other operations of Adagio.

Is there any issue with switching everyone who was using the 32-bit version of Gridview, over to the 64-bit version?
Thank you
