Yes, the option for Archive Customer (Vendor) PDF Copy still needs to be enabled to save printed/emailed forms, for DocStore just like for ePrint. If you don't turn this on, the only PDFs you'll be able to view are those you manually attach. The architecture in this area did not change with DocStore.
