I just had an employee test it, and the restart of the novaPDF print server seems to have resolved the problem.
She said it didn't matter what she was trying to print, the error would randomly occur. And it was quite slow, error or not. Now its back up to speed.
If this happens again, should I send an email to the support address you recommended or post it in the forums? Which of the two has priority?
